Tuna Kedgeree

1 cup rice - cooked
1 onion - chopped finely
1 stick celery - chopped finely
1 tin tuna
Butter - for frying
1 TBSP prsely - chopped (optional)

  1. Fry onion and celery in butter until transparent.
  2. Add tuna and rice.
  3. Heat through.
  4. Add parsely before serving.
