Tuna Kedgeree

1 cup rice – cooked

1 onion – chopped finely

1 stick celery – chopped finely

1 tin tunaButter – for frying

1 TBSP prsely – chopped (optional)

  1. Fry onion and celery in butter until transparent.
  2. Add tuna and rice.
  3. Heat through.
  4. Add parsely before serving.
